On approval of the plan of scientific and scientific-technical events to be held at the institute in 2021 |
Implementation of the activities specified in the "Plan of scientific and scientific and technical events to be held in the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2021 at the international and national level", approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 78-f of March 2, 2021, approval of the plan of scientific conferences held at the institute this year, in order to ensure the wide participation of professors, students, masters, doctoral students, independent researchers, scientists and specialists of relevant fields and to ensure the implementation of the order of the Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education No. 122 dated March 6, 2021
I ORDER:
1. Decree No. 78-f of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 2, 2021 "On the plan of scientific and scientific and technical events to be held in the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2021 at the international and national level" and No. 122 of the Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education dated March 6, 2021 order to be accepted for executive execution.
2. In accordance with Appendix 1 of this order
On April 24, 2021, on the topic "The role of alternative energy sources in the development of the energy sector";
On May 28-29, 2021, on the topic "Innovations in mechanical engineering, energy-saving technologies and increasing the efficiency of resource use";
On November 11-13, 2021, international scientific and scientific-technical conferences on the topic "Innovations in construction, structural and seismic safety of buildings and structures" should be held at a high scientific and organizational level.
3. In accordance with Appendix 2 of this order
March 30-31, 2021 on the topic "The role of information systems and technologies in modern society";
May 6-8, 2021 on the topic of "Modern architecture, strength, reliability and seismic safety problems of buildings and structures";
On September 24-25, 2021, on the topic "Actual issues of science, education and technology development in Uzbekistan";
On November 19-20, 2021, it should be ensured that scientific and scientific-technical conferences of the republic will be held at a high scientific and organizational level on the topic "Actual problems of construction processes of highways and engineering communications".
4. To organize and conduct conferences, an organizational committee with the following composition should be formed:

5. Vice-rector for scientific affairs and innovations S. Umarkhanov, head of the scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel training department F. Iriskulov, members of the organizing committee and chief accountant E. Yuldashev are responsible for:
development and approval of the program of events;
that reports and information on the work of the activities be submitted to the Ministry of Scientific Research and Innovation Development Department and the Ministry of Innovative Development within a week after the end of the activities;
that the specified events are held in strict compliance with the requirements of the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 205 of July 29, 2014 "On measures to further improve the procedure for organizing and holding public events";
tasks of ensuring that the expenses related to carrying out the specified events are covered from the extra-budgetary funds of the institution.
7. Provision and control of the execution of this order is provided by the Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs and Innovations Assoc. Let it be assigned to S.I. Umarkhanov.
