Most of the extinguishers used in our country were built in the 20th century, and due to certain changes over the years, their effectiveness is decreasing. The ever-increasing demand for water resources shows that the issues of accurate assessment of the amount of water resources and their proper management, increasing the useful volume and providing consumers with water at the same time remain complex.
In the department of construction and installation of engineering communications, under the leadership of Ph.D., associate professor Juraev Sherali Sharipovich, doctoral student Akramov Akhror Adkhamjon and his son are conducting scientific research on the topic of improving the method of hydraulic cleaning of water supply softeners. On the subject, the articles titled Optimum placement of thin-layer elements in a horizontal sedimentation tank purification of drinking water and Increasing the efficiency of sedimentation tanks for drinking water treatment were published in Scopus magazines. Scientific researches are being carried out on the development of scientific and technical solutions to ensure the proper operation of water treatment facilities in the prescribed manner, to increase their operational efficiency, and to justify their parameters that ensure energy and resource saving. The operation of clarifiers in the surface water treatment plant "Kizilrovot" of Namangan region is being improved.
