On February 2, 2021, in the assembly hall of the 5th campus of the Faculty of Transport of the Institute, a meeting-discussion was held on the topic "Prevention of offenses, maintaining public order, ensuring the safety of citizens." The meeting was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Transport Mahmudov B., Head of the Department for Coordinating the Activities of the Internal Affairs Bodies of the City of Namangan, Lieutenant Colonel Ganiev Gairatjon Ahmadjonovich, Deputy Head of the Department for Coordinating the Activities of the Internal Affairs Bodies of the City of Namangan, Lieutenant Colonel Khodzhiev Gaibullo Habibullaevich, Head of the Namangan City Department for Coordinating the Activities of the Internal Affairs Bodies Major Joraev Khairullo Abdullakhanovich, Prevention Inspector Senior Lieutenant Zakirov Shukhratjon Zakirzhonovich, Deputy Deans of the Faculty Tukhliev G., Bannaev K. and Head of the Department of Transport Logistics A. On the next issue, the head of the Department for Coordinating the Activities of the Internal Affairs Bodies, Lieutenant Colonel Gairatjon Akhmadzhonovich, spoke that today the upbringing of the younger generation has always been important and relevant, but in the 21st century, this issue really becomes a matter of life and death, education must be perfect, and for this he said that it is absolutely impossible to allow a gap to appear in this question.
"Today, competition, contradictions and conflicts are becoming more acute on a global scale, such threats as religious extremism, terrorism, drug addiction, human trafficking, illegal migration, "mass culture" are intensifying, beliefs and family values that have been practiced by mankind for centuries are infringed," says G. Ganiev. In his speech, he informed the meeting participants in detail about the shortcomings in the implementation of these tasks by the bodies and institutions that carry out the prevention of lack of control and delinquency among minors and youth.
After that, the Deputy Head of the Department for Coordinating the Activities of the Internal Affairs Bodies, Lieutenant Colonel Khodzhiev Gaibullo Khabibullaevich spoke. In his speech, he emphasized the role and importance of youth in the prevention of crimes and offenses, urged schoolchildren to read more books and literature from different countries.
