In the Namangan Engineering-Construction Institute, contract fees are paid as a financial incentive to students who are in the lowest 20% of the country's household income (or a more clearly defined goal). A 1-year contract fee was paid for the studies of Sh. Shermatova, the inspector of the personnel department of the institute.
