SDG. 10.6.9 Providing access schemes for people with disabilities
An additional admission quota of 2 percent of the total number of entrants will be allocated for persons with disabilities in higher education institutions on the basis of a state grant.
Admission of persons with disabilities to higher education institutions on the basis of additional quota is carried out based on the results of entrance exams.
Applicants who are not admitted to study under the additional quotas allocated for persons with disabilities will participate in the competition for this field of education with their points.
Students studying on the basis of a state grant as part of the quota allocated to the visually impaired and persons with disabilities are allowed to transfer their studies to appropriate and similar educational directions and specialties of higher education on the basis of a state grant.
