An event on creating the image of a female leader was organized among female students in the student residence of the Namangan Engineering-Construction Institute.
Saida Abdullayeva, Kadriya Kamalova, head of the department of Uzbek language and literature, chairpersons of the women's advisory council of the institute and female students took part in it.
Issues such as "Creating the image of a female leader", "Leadership of a woman", "What a female leader should be" were discussed at the event.
Information was given on the activation of women's participation in state and community management, women's rights and interests, ensuring gender equality, protection of family, motherhood and childhood, development of entrepreneurship, privileges and conditions given to women.
