The teacher's rights, honor, dignity and professional reputation are under the protection of the state
The President signed the Law "On the status of the teacher".
The law established the rights, obligations, basic guarantees of the activities of pedagogues, payment of wages commensurate with their work, incentives and social protection principles.
An experienced pedagogue is attached to a person who is starting his professional career for the first time in a general secondary education organization for the period of one academic year.
According to the law, among other things, the following are prohibited:
— to involve the pedagogue in work unrelated to his professional activities, including landscaping and agricultural work;
— to require the pedagogue to form and submit reports and other information not related to his professional obligations, including reports on the employment of graduates;
- to impose on the pedagogue the obligation to purchase goods and services, including deducting funds for goods and services from the salary without his written consent.
