A training seminar on the topic "Priority tasks on youth issues and spiritual and educational work in higher educational institutions" is being held at the "Youth" recreation center in Bostanliq district of Tashkent region.
More than 200 state, non-state and foreign higher education institutions are participating in the seminar.
Among them is Odiljon Jakbarov, the first vice-rector for youth issues and spiritual and educational affairs of NamECI.
