The cotton gin, made by a doctoral student of NamECI, successfully passed the tests of cotton factories
Under the scientific guidance of Dilshod Abduvahobov, the head of the Department of Scientific Research, Innovations and Scientific and Pedagogical Personnel Training of the Institute, Ibrahimjon Gafurjanov, a doctoral student of NamECI, within the framework of his dissertation work on the topic "Improving the mechanism of the device for cleaning fibrous material from small impurities and justifying its parameters", the device for cleaning cotton from small impurities made an experimental copy and conducted the experimental tests successfully.
Professors-teachers of the department, basic doctoral students and the head of the laboratory "Research Institute of Agricultural Mechanization" Ne'matjon Komilov took part in the tests.
Experiments were carried out in cotton ginning factories in Pop district and Torakorgan district of Namangan region. They were mainly focused on determining the frequency of rotation of the Pile drum, the coefficient of friction of the Retractor damper, the amplitude of the Retractor grooves, the torque on the Pile drum, the angular speed of the Pile drum, and the regularity of the vibration of the Retractor.
The tests were successfully conducted, and the device for cleaning cotton from small impurities was recommended for production for use in cotton factories.
