The practical processes of students of the 1st stage of the "Geology and prospecting of mineral deposits" department of the Faculty of Industrial Informatization are in full swing.
The students visited the organization "Fergana geophysical expedition" located in the city of Kokhan and got acquainted with the directions of activities there.
Exploration and drilling of oil and gas fields is carried out in this system, which is a branch of the joint-stock company "Uzbekgeofizika". Preparations are being made for the stage of natural gas and oil extraction.
The students were given detailed information about the mines in the Fergana Valley and the processes taking place in them.
The students also visited the enterprise "Torakorgan Oilfield" and got acquainted with the activities of the largest system supplying Namangan region with fuel products. Implementation processes are ongoing.
