SDG. 15.4.2 Policy on reducing plastic waste on campus
Reducing plastic waste on campus
Today, plastic containers have widely entered our lives. On the one hand, it is convenient, on the other hand, it is safe, it is more durable than glass, porcelain or ceramic dishes. It doesn't break quickly, it's comfortable compared to metal dishes, it's light. But these plastic containers also differ from each other in terms of use. Some of them can be safe, while others can be dangerous. Therefore, in order to reduce the use of plastic containers in the kitchens of the institute, in addition to single-use plastic containers, there are also many reusable containers. Usually, such dishes are round, square, rectangular, chest-like, and made to be worn together.
