The Institute has a policy to minimize the use of single-use items.
Single-use plastic waste accumulates, damaging the environment. On the one hand, it is convenient, on the other hand, it is safe, it is more durable than glass, porcelain or ceramic dishes. It doesn't break quickly, it's comfortable compared to metal dishes, it's light. But these plastic containers also differ from each other in terms of use. Some of them can be safe, while others can be dangerous.
