SDG. 10.6.3. planned actions to recruit students

Acceptance of entrance exams for some educational fields taught in Tajik, Kazakh, Turkmen and Kyrgyz languages

 

 The State Commission for Admission to Educational Institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan ( hereinafter referred to as the State Commission), admission is carried out on the basis of professional exams and tests based on a multi-point system.

Applications for this field of education are accepted only from applicants who graduated from a general secondary educational institution or a secondary special vocational educational institution in the indicated languages.

2. List of higher education institutions that carry out admission based on professional exams and tests based on the multi-point system, teaching in Tajik, Kazakh, Turkmen and Kyrgyz languages list, the subjects of professional (creative) exams and tests are determined by the State Commission.

3. The exam program, the content of the questions and the tasks of the exams must be strictly consistent with the programs of general secondary education, secondary special education, vocational education and general education subjects.

4. In order to accept professional (creative) exams from applicants, examination commissions for subjects are established in the higher education institution according to the established procedure.

Depending on the departmental subordination of the higher education institution, in agreement with the ministry (department), candidates for the chairmanship of the examination commissions for subjects are submitted to the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education for timely approval.

Exams are held strictly according to the approved schedule.

The time allotted for the exams is determined by the decision of the admission commission of the higher education institution.

5. Depending on the position of the subject in the sets of tests (93.0 points, 63.0 points or 33.0 points, respectively) in the range from 0 to 100 percent of the maximum points, the only p is evaluated by the scoring system.

Examination evaluation criteria are determined by the examination committee of the higher education institution within the framework of the total points allocated to each subject.

One month before the start of the exams, the admission committee of the higher education institution shall bring to the attention of the applicants the program of subjects for which the examination will be taken, the criteria for their assessment, advice and examinations, approved by the base higher education institutions in agreement with the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education informs the schedule.

6. The results of the exams are included in the exam sheet and the exam list in the order of selection as the amount of points. Each of these documents is signed by the chairman of the subject examination commission and the responsible secretary of the admission commission of the higher education institution.

According to the results of the exams, the admission commission of the higher education institution will hold a selection for the approved quota of places in the specified educational areas.

Applicants, who have successfully passed the entrance exams of the educational fields where tests are not conducted, receive state grants and payment contracts within the quota set by the minutes of the meeting of the admission committee of the higher educational institution and the order of the rector of the higher educational institution. are accepted for the winter.

7. Applicants who do not come to the exam according to the schedule will not be allowed to take the next exam.
