In the Namangan Engineering-Construction Institute, free access to educational resources has been created for citizens who are not studying at the institute. In particular, the open e-book database of the institute has been formed, which can be used online for free and without any registration.

These e-book databases are regularly replenished.
Also, short video materials of the lessons conducted at the institute on subjects are posted on the website http://video.nammqi.uz/ for the benefit of a wide range of citizens.
In them, e-books and video tutorials are placed in the form of a list in the section of departments.
In the 3rd educational campus of the institute, a computer room was established under the information resource center, and all the computers in it were connected to the Internet, and at the same time, a free Wi-Fi zone was established in this hall.
