The youth employment system will be radically overhauled
Last year, 6.5 thousand out of 11 thousand graduates of 11 state universities were not employed. And even 3,000 students who studied on a grant did not get a job. Even in the field of vocational education, 143,000 young people graduated from colleges and technical schools last year, of which 30,000 could not find work.
In this regard, it was noted that from now on, each minister will determine the qualification requirements for the professions of his industry, in which 70% of professions will require secondary education, and 30% - higher education.
The ministries will also order personnel to universities and technical schools, and will take part in the development of joint educational programs.
It was decided that each minister and khokim of the region should develop their youth employment programs at the beginning of the year, announce them to the population and report to the public on the results at the end of the year.
