Reaction to video posted on Dunyoi_kabir's Telegram channel
The Telegram channel @dunyoi_kabir published a video about Islomjon Ubaydullayev, a student of the Faculty of Industry Informatization of the Namangan Engineering-Construction Institute, who was expelled from school for no apparent reason.
On November 22 of this year, an order was issued against this student in connection with his debt in subjects. Taking into account the fact of the illness of this student and disability of the 2nd group (valid until 10/1/2022), the dean's office of the Faculty of Industrial Informatization issued a certificate on passing the final checks on an individual basis for a period of 10 days from June 27, 2022.
However, due to the impossibility of mastering subjects by students, Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 360 of April 27, 2019 “On the procedure for admission to higher educational institutions, transfer, restoration and expulsion of students” in accordance with paragraph 37 of the decision “On amendments and additions to decision No. 393 of 06/20/2017 on the approval of the regulations”, an order was issued not to “expel” him, but to leave him on an academic course.
