Education loan allocation procedure
Educational loans are offered to students who are citizens of Uzbekistan and who have been recommended or accepted by educational organizations to study under a full-time, part-time and evening education of bachelor's and master's degrees on a fee-contract basis, as well as those who have transferred their studies is given.
In this case, the borrower's family members with a permanent source of income (parents, brothers, sisters, husband or wife) or guardians are joint borrowers. can participate.
The principal debt of the student loan is repaid over a period of 7 years, starting from the seventh month after the end of the official period of study of the student.
The following documents are required to receive an educational loan:
➖ application;
➖ payment-contract agreement and invoice/invoice attached to it (if available). The contract must specify the term of completion of education and the amount of payment for one year;
Document on the provision of education loan repayment. In this case, no pledge or guarantee is required for the education loan allocated to the children of the families included in the "Unified Register of Social Protection";
➖ Certificate of inclusion in the "Single Register of Social Protection" (for children of families included in the "Single Register of Social Protection");
Other documents specified in the bank's internal documents, including information and documents related to the joint borrower.

The educational loan agreement is concluded for an amount equal to the one-year payment amount indicated in the payment-contract agreement.
Educational loan is allocated to the borrower in the amount of the main rate of the Central Bank.
In this case, if the Central Bank's main rate is reduced, the interest rate on the education loan will decrease proportionally, and if the Central Bank's main rate is increased, the interest rate on the education loan will remain unchanged.
This procedure:
- to foreign citizens and stateless persons;
- not applicable to educational loans provided by commercial banks from sources other than the funds of the Fund.
An education loan is not allocated for the implementation of a differentiated payment contract and other one-time payments equal to its minimum amount.
