SDG 8.2.7 measure(track) pay scale gender equity

Gender equity
The Institute recognizes gender equality as a pay scale.
The institute has established equal pay (reward) for women and men for equal work and an equal approach to assessing the quality of work of women and men.
All these works are carried out based on the collective agreement between the administration of the institute and the Committee of the Trade Union aimed at ensuring the labor, other social and economic rights and interests of the team members. The implementation of the clauses of this collective agreement is regularly monitored.
