Labor rights
It is recognized that this is stipulated in labor and public contracts, in addition, according to Article 21 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
- Representing the interests of employees in labor relations and protecting these interests can be carried out by trade unions and their elected bodies or other bodies elected by employees. defines. Employees themselves determine the body entrusted with representation and protection of their interests.
All representative bodies work within their powers and use equal rights in protecting the interests of employees.
The presence of other representative bodies in the enterprise should not hinder the activities of trade unions in the implementation of their tasks.
The interests of employees and employers cannot be represented and protected by a single representative body.
The activity of the representative bodies can be terminated by the decision of the employees who elected them, as well as by the court if they commit illegal actions.
