Ending discrimination in the workplace
The public contract of the Institute and Article 6 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan stipulate the prohibition of discrimination in labor relations. According to it - All citizens have equal opportunities to have labor rights and use them. Any restrictions in the field of labor relations based on gender, age, race, nationality, language, social origin, property status and professional status, attitude to religion, belief, membership of public associations, as well as the ability of employees to work and other aspects not related to the results of their work or preferences are not allowed and are considered discrimination.
