Information about the work carried out at the Namangan Engineering-Construction Institute for the implementation of the "Orientation week" Project based on the letters of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 87-04-323 dated August 30, 2022 and No. 4-13-22-2796 of the Youth Affairs Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 30, 2022
Helping students of the 1st course admitted to higher education institutions to quickly adapt to the life of the educational institution, familiarizing them with the projects and contests created for young people, privileges, through academic, social and spiritual-educational activities of students and in order to improve their skills, on September 5-12, 2021, in cooperation with the Department of the Institute and Youth Affairs Agency of the New Namangan district, a plan-graphic for the organization of the "Orientation week" project is being developed, and the work is being organized based on the plan.
To date, within the framework of the project, more than 57 meetings and roundtables have been organized by the officials, in which more than 1456 students and young people accepted to the 1st course participated.
Among them, Ilhomjon Meliboyev, specialist of the New Namangan District Department of the Youth Affairs Agency, Diyorbek Soataliyev, the leader of the primary organization of the Youth Union of the Institute, Rahmanov Rahimjon, the head of the department for the organization of scientific research activities of talented students with the students of the 1st course with the participation of students, an open dialogue was organized regarding the content of the "Orientation week" project.
The "Orientation week" project promotion was organized by the dean of the faculty of industrial informatization A. Kahharov, the leader of the primary organization of the Institute's Youth Union Diorbek Soataliyev, the head of the department for the organization of scientific and research activities of talented students Rahmanov Rahimjon with the participation of the students of the 1st course.
Tutor of the Faculty of Engineering Communications R. Abdurahmonov and the students of the group 19-EAMM-22 assigned to him gave insights to the students on the "Orientation week" project in the 3rd campus "IT Center".
A trip around the institute was organized as part of the "Orientation week" project with the participation of the 1st course students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.
