Additional commentary on the official statement
Islomjon Ubaydullayev, a 3rd year full-time student at the Faculty of Industrial Informatization of the Namangan Engineering-Construction Institute, did not attend classes in the spring semester of the 2021/2022 academic year.
Taking into account the fact that the student was sick and was a disabled person of the 2nd group (disability is valid until 10/01/2022), the dean's office of the faculty allowed final exams to be taken individually within 10 days starting from June 27, 2022.
Also in September this year, for the second time, the student was given an additional period of one month as an exception, but the subjects were not mastered. Although he was repeatedly given this opportunity, he did not turn in his debts in subjects.
During June, September and October, the student was constantly warned by the dean's office that he would remain on the course in case of academic debt, but he did not come on time for retakes, did not complete assignments, and did not even come during additional opportunities.
Therefore, an order was issued to keep this student on the course, since he could not master the subjects.
For reference, a student who is expelled from a course due to academic debt can continue his studies from the beginning of the corresponding academic semester of the course for which he has academic debt. That is, this student is studying again from the 6th semester of the 3rd year.
