The Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Public Procurement" was signed by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on April 22, 2021. The adopted law is intended to ensure the openness and transparency of public procurement and the competitiveness of entrepreneurs in this area. All announcements and their results are posted on the e-mail address https://xarid.uzex.uz/home on public procurement at the Institute, providing public procurement entities and the public with full, timely, free and open access to information on public procurement in the manner prescribed by law.
