The recommendation letter of the applicant who received a recommendation letter last year, but was not able to enter
The recommendation letter of the applicant who received a recommendation letter last year, but was not able to enter the OTM, is valid this year as well
A briefing was held at the Information and Mass Communications Agency with the participation of Ogiloy Orozova, head of the Family and Women's Committee.
It is noted that the Republic of Uzbekistan Recommendation in paragraph 3 of the Regulation "On the procedure for admitting women with at least five years of work experience to state higher education institutions" approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers on June 9, 2022 it is determined to be valid for admission to a higher education institution only once within three years from the date of issue.
In accordance with this, the recommendation letter of the applicant who received a recommendation letter last year, but was not able to enter the OTM, will be valid this year as well.
It is noted that every citizen has a JShSIR - a personal identification number of an individual, and this number is written in the passport of every citizen. Even when the passport is replaced with a new one, the series and number may change, but the personal identification number of an individual does not change.
Applicants who received a letter of recommendation last year and could not enter the OTM can use the letter of recommendation when applying to higher education institutions without any obstacles, even if their last name has changed or their passport has changed.
