Each of the four water heaters installed in the building belonging to the Faculty of Civil Engineering has a capacity of 200 liters and heats water using sunlight. On cloudy, snowy days, this task is performed by an electric heater.
According to representatives of the faculty, using these devices can save 2.4 kilowatts of electricity per hour.
