NamECI lecturer successfully defended his Ph.D. in economics
Ulugbek Kholmirzaev, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Economics at NamECI, successfully defended his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Economics at the Academic Council of the Fergana Polytechnic Institute.
