"Religious tolerance" badge was established
By the decision of the government, the regulation on the badge "Religious tolerance" was approved.
Distinguished state and public figures, leaders and accomplished scholars in the religious and social sphere, employees of state organizations and non-governmental non-profit organizations, representatives of international organizations, diplomatic missions, foreign figures and scientists are awarded with the badge.
Foreign citizens and stateless persons can also be awarded with a badge.
The badge is solemnly awarded every year on November 16 - the International Day of Tolerance.
Those awarded with the badge will receive a one-time monetary award in the amount of 4 times the BHM (1 million 320 thousand soums).
