The solemn event dedicated to the Constitution Day is held in the regional center of culture of Davlatabad district
The event is attended by officials and leaders, headed by the khakim of the region Shavkat Abdurazzakov.
Representatives of higher educational institutions of the region, in particular, the Namangan Engineering-Construction Institute, are also participating.
