This extension applies to:
applicants who are recommended to study in higher education institutions on the basis of a fee-contract (permitted to study based on the order of the head of the higher educational institution, who have mastered the subjects, but have signed a contract and made payments late than the specified terms, and until today the order for admission to studentship has not been formalized);
students transferring, transferring and resuming their studies from foreign and non-state higher education institutions;
applicants recommended to study at professional educational institutions (college, technical school) on a fee-contract basis.
Note: according to the current regulations, the term of payment of the student contract of the second and higher levels can be extended by the head of the HEI.
