On Tuesday, December 20, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will send another fifth Address to the Oliy Majlis
Every year, addressing the Parliament and the people of Uzbekistan, the head of state sums up the results of the past year, names the new year, and announces the main course of reforms for the coming period.
To date, the President has sent the Message four times:
- December 22, 2017;
- December 28, 2018;
- January 24, 2020;
- December 29, 2020
