The construction of a 12-story student residence building was started on the basis of public-private partnership in the area of the student residence of the Namangan Engineering-Construction Institute on Islam Karimov Street.
In addition to residential buildings, this complex will also include an indoor and outdoor stadium and an avenue. The minister inspected this facility and communicated with the institute's officials and builders.
The total project cost of this residential complex is 86 billion 300 million soums and it is planned to be completed and commissioned by the end of 2023.
The Minister also interacted with the youth at the NamECI student residence. One of them presented his recently published monograph to the minister.
